Calling us
All UK calls to us are charged at your local rate (from a BT landline) .The tarriffs for calls are as follows (based on calling from a BT land line) :- Weekend Daytime 2.04p per minute, Weekday Evenings 0.51p per minute. To comply with Ofcom regulations changing to 0345 2570267 is local rate call (same as calling an 01, 02 number from both land lines and mobiles).

 

UK Postage and Packing
All our goods are distributed from our warehouse in Gateshead, generally orders are processed the next working day and then sent out. If we receive your order on a Friday it will be processed on Sunday evening and sent out on Monday.
All our products are posted Royal Mail unless otherwise stated.
The postage and packing for your order is calculated and shown at the check out.
Cards, Coasters, Tea Towels and Postcards are free to post - so the price shown is the price you will pay.
Wooden Signs cost £1.24 each to post
Packs of Gift Wrap are £0.93 to post
Mugs have to be packaged carefully for transit and are sent Royal Mail Signed For at a cost of £4.30 for up to 3 Mugs
Four or more mugs and we use a courier at at cost of £5.

Non Collection of Items from Post Office

We can only send your orders out to the address given – if you won’t be around or don’t have time to go to the Post Office to collect your order we suggest you give us an alternative delivery address. It is YOUR responsibility to collect any orders from your local Post Office within 18 days of receiving the card through your door. If you fail to do this we will not offer a refund on the goods or resend goods until they are returned to us by the Post Office. In our experience we find that items often are never returned to us, or if they are can take up to three months to be sent back. Once received from the post office we will refund the cost of the items but not the postage. We will resend the items but will charge you again for the postage.

Overseas Orders
Your postage will be calculated at check out according to the postage rates for your country.

Breakages
Any breakages must be reported to us within 2 working days - we will then find a solution or replacementWe will expect to have the damaged goods returned to us at our request and cost.

Terms
All products are sold in multiples of one unless otherwise stated. The single item price is shown under the product description.
Wotmalike take Online Payment with most Debit/Credit cards including American Express through Sage Pay.
Orders will be dispatched on receipt of payment and an invoice will be included with your items.
Cards we accept: American Express, Debit Mastercard, Electron,JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Pin Train, Solo, UK Maestro, Visa and Visa Debit.
We do not charge for any item unless it is ready to ship.
All goods remain the property of Wotmalike until paid for in full.
