Non Collection of Items from Sorting Office
Please make sure that you supply us with a suitable address for delivery. If you are not available when an order is delivered a card will be left.
It is your responsibility to collect any orders from your local Sorting Office within 18 days. Once orders are returned to us we will recharge postage for return delivery, or if a refund is requested we will refund the cost of the item only.
