Calling us
All UK calls to us are charged at your local rate (from a BT landline) .The tarriffs for calls are as follows (based on calling from a BT land line) :- Weekend Daytime 2.04p per minute, Weekday Evenings 0.51p per minute. To comply with Ofcom regulations changing to 0345 2570267 is local rate call (same as calling an 01, 02 number from both land lines and mobiles).
Shipping Details
United Kingdom - Postage is free for all items.
We endeavour to dispatch orders the next working day after they are received but we cannot guarantee this. Please allow 2-3 working days for United Kingdom deliveries.
Non Collection of Items from Sorting Office
Please make sure that you supply us with a suitable address for delivery. If you are not available when an order is delivered a card will be left.
It is your responsibility to collect any orders from your local Sorting Office within 18 days. Once orders are returned to us we will recharge postage for return delivery, or if a refund is requested we will refund the cost of the item only.
Overseas Orders
Your postage will be calculated at check out according to the postage rates for your country.
Purchase Details Retail
Online Orders - Enter quantity. Click 'Buy Now' button to select item. Click 'Continue Shopping' or 'Checkout'. At Checkout choose either Payment by Card or Invoice. If you choose Payment by Card enter further details as requested to proceed with order. If you choose Invoice simply give us a call on 0345 257 0267 to arrange Bacs, Cash or Cheque payment.
Wotmalike Ltd take Online Payment with most Debit/Credit cards including American Express through Sage Pay.
Phone Orders: On receipt of a phone order, payment by Credit or Debit Card will be taken over the phone and processed through Sagepay. Payment by Bacs, Cash and Cheque can also be arranged.
Orders will be dispatched on receipt of payment and an invoice will be included with your items.
Cards we accept: American Express, Debit Mastercard, Electron,JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Pin Train, Solo, UK Maestro, Visa and Visa Debit.
We do not charge for any item unless it is ready to ship.
